# Overview

The [Artiva DAO](https://nouns.build/dao/0xe10F69E09f2cF57321321fEe0c26861969a88100) is a Nouns style DAO made to propagate the Artiva brand and protocol. It is completely replacing any prior organization that had control of Artiva. NFTs will be auctioned once a day forever with 6% of total supply kept as founder rewards and 4% kept for community distribution. 1 NFT = 1 Vote in the DAO and all auction proceeds are sent to the DAO treasury.
